Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR SHORT ADVENTURE TOURS

All reservations and cancellations must be received in advance by email.

There will be no refund for services not voluntarily used.

If cancellations are made on the same day of the tour or service purchased, the right to reschedule is lost.

PENALTIES FOR EARLY CANCELLATIONS

These are the conditions for cancellations of adventure excursion such as trekking / hiking / climbing and biking tours that we offer from 1 to 4 days.

Since this is not a long package throughout different destinations in Peru, penalties and cancellations are more flexible, you will have the right to reschedule the excursion up to 3 days before the tour starts.

There is no penalty if cancellations are made more than 10 days prior to the excursions day. The clients will only assume the taxes on money transfers that the system charges

For cancellations after this period, the following penalties apply:

• 80% of the money that you transfer will be refunded, from 10 to 6 days before the excursion start. Since to guarantee the excursion PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION makes a pre-booking with 20% of the payment to its different suppliers. (you have the right to reschedule the excursion)

• 50% will be refunded, from 5 - 3 days before the excursion start.
Since suppliers demand at least 50% of the payment to block, rooms, transportation seats, tickets, tour guides among other. (you have the right to reschedule the excursion).

• No refund will be made from 2 days before the excursion start.
Otherwise, the providers will charge 100% of the cost for the service to PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION since they do not have the security of selling their services to other clients  

Please take note of these instructions to avoid mishaps.

PRIVACY POLICY

PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION will not reveal the Personal Information of its clients to third parties. All information received from clients will be used only to guarantee the reservations contracted with us.
