EXPEDITION, with legal headquarters in Arequipa, Peru.
ACCEPTANCE AND
UNDERSTANDING
We thank you for your interest in contracting services with PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION, it is very
important for us that you carefully read our policies and terms when making a
reservation.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION is committed to offering a personalized service, according to your
needs and interests, therefore, the preparation of your trip programming
involves a correct description of each itinerary, an order of the services
selected and chosen according to your needs. Needs in order to please you
according to your requirements.
RESERVATIONS and
PAYMENTS
You should not confirm any reservation through our site and/or contract
a service unless you understand and agree to the following terms and
conditions.
Once we have received your payment we will understand that you have read
and understood the terms and conditions that apply about such payments
If you have any questions, please contact us before making any payment
and/or confirmation.
Reservations and confirmations for any of our services must be made via
email.
All reservation requests will be responded to according to demand within
36 hours of receipt. After receiving the reservation request, it will be
processed and a notification of receipt will be sent to the client.
All reservations must be processed in advance of the client's arrival.
You can make your payments through PayPal, it is one of the safest and
easiest way to pay online. All you need is an email address to make your
payments online using a debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance
by registering on their website www.paypal.com

Another option is to make your payments through a bank transfer (Expenses for bank transfers will be assumed
by the client). Send us an email to give you the banking details.
For any reservation, PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION checks availability with the suppliers. Once availability is obtained,
confirmations are sent, which will be sent via email within 36 hours.
Reservations will be subject to availability at the time your request is
processed and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
The published prices are in United States dollars (USD) and must be paid
in this currency. (Damaged, stained or torn bills will not be accepted)
the banks do not accept them or they simply have a minimum value in the market,
take precautions.
The prices of the (excursions / tours or vacation packages) are per
person and include the services indicated in the description.
In the case of (excursions, tours or vacation packages) with a duration
of more than one day, accommodation is included, but if there is a problem
regarding availability, changes will be made to the chosen hotels, the hotel(s)
must be replaced for one with a similar category and such change will be
communicated in advance to our clients.
CANCELLATION
POLICIES AND OTHER CONDITIONS
All reservations and cancellations must be received in advance by email.
There will be no refund for services not voluntarily used.
If cancellations are made on the same day of the tour or service
purchased, the right to reschedule is lost.
Cancellations made for any reason of force majeure.
Medical situations or illness in a period of less than 22 days must be
supported by a Medical Certificate. In these special cases and medically
endorsed, the client will be granted a refund of the money or a credit note in
full or failing that for the amount of the payment. Any penalty or rate
adjustment that the Hotel or other tour operator charges to PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION could be reduced to
this amount since to guarantee the excursion PERU
ULTIMATE EXPEDITION makes payments in advance to its different
suppliers, otherwise it will be sent to you. An official letter from PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION so that you can
complete the procedures for your corresponding travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE /
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION does not provide or include accident or travel insurance policies in any
of its excursions / tours or vacation packages cost. We can provide you with
logistical support and assistance. Subscription to repatriation and health
insurance by the passenger is mandatory. We recommend purchasing travel
insurance from your country, in case you do not want to subscribe to any type
of travel insurance. You must warn us and inform us so that we can sign a
release of liability.
RESPONSIBILITY
This website is the property of PERU
ULTIMATE EXPEDITION, who will make all the necessary efforts at its
disposal for the proper management and organization of reservations for
programs, tours and other services offered therein. The images shown on the
site are included for illustrative purposes only and may not coincide, in all
cases, with the places included in the programs.
When visiting wild areas, national parks or other places of adventure in
nature, it is assumed that the passenger is in good physical condition or has
made the necessary provisions for its development. The client personally
assumes the inherent risks and dangers that may occur. It also assumes the
economic consequences for medical services that may be incurred in the event of
an accident, eventuality or fatality.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION will not be responsible for the consequences of any improper or
negligent act, omissions, or for the failure of one or more of the services
managed by its suppliers, such as transportation, hotels, or any other activity
and/or service that is not directly owned by PERU
ULTIMATE EXPEDITION or is not directly controlled by PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION will not be responsible in any way for any loss, injury, death or
damage to people and/or property originated or caused directly or indirectly by
accidents related to climatic causes, earthquakes, tidal waves, fires,
breakdowns in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities,
declared or undeclared wars, strikes, riots, robberies, epidemics, quarantines,
medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities or any other action,
omission, or conditions beyond our control. Being able to make reasonable
changes to the itinerary when considered convenient for the comfort and
well-being of the passengers.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION nor its associates will be responsible for any additional expenses or
charges caused by the responsibility and/or negligence of the
clients/passengers who contract the services offered, nor as a consequence of
the aforementioned causes.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION will not be responsible for any loss, injuries, death or damage to
people and/or property, nor for accidents that may occur when using any of the
services provided by PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION and/or its suppliers.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION assumes no responsibility with respect to the provision of medical
care. If you or your clients have medical problems, we recommend that you have
a medical certificate completed by the traveler and their doctor.
The client will be solely responsible for selecting a trip based on his
or her ability and experience and for bringing the appropriate personal
equipment, without jeopardizing his or her safety and the safety of the group.
Above all, mountaineers, cyclists, walkers, climbers or any other type of
profile, where the activity to which they apply demands physical activity, our
staff and our guides are ready to advise you and answer your questions before
and during the expeditions.
ADMINISTRATIVE
DOCUMENTS
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION is not responsible if a participant obtains or presents his/her
documents in order too late. The expenses incurred will be borne by the client.
Any trip interrupted due to the absence of a participant or for any other
similar reason will not give rise to a refund.
RISKS
If the client has health problems, physical limitations of any kind or a
specific dietary regimen, it is essential to let PERU
ULTIMATE EXPEDITION know at the time of booking.
Each participant is aware that in view of the nature of the trips and
services we organize, there is a certain risk due to the distance from medical
places, the state of the slopes, geography, type of activity, etc. Each
participant must assume this risk being aware of the causes and will recognize
that the agency will not have any responsibility for possible accidents and
will not be able to claim against PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION or our tour guides, or our different service providers.
In order to maintain the safety of the group and if circumstances
warrant: “climatic reasons, natural disasters, unforeseen or political events” PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION reserves the right,
directly or through our intermediaries or our borrowers, to modify
transportation, accommodation , or itinerary, also the dates and times of
departure, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and follow the
advice given by the guide or local borrowers. PERU
ULTIMATE EXPEDITION is not responsible for accidents that result
from individual recklessness of a member of the group.
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION reserves the right to break the agreed contract and to expel at any
time a person whose participation is considered dangerous or immoral for the
group. No compensation will be given to you.
LUGGAGE
Luggage is the total responsibility of the client, regardless of
commercial or any other value, PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION is not responsible for loss of luggage or valuables. Each participant
will be responsible for their luggage during the entire trip.
AIR TRANSPORT
If your trip is modified due to a disturbance in air traffic, weather or
others, PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION will not be responsible. The resulting expenses and respective
procedures will be assumed by the passenger.
HOTELS
If you have complaints regarding the hotel you are staying at or the
service you are receiving, please notify the hotel manager and then please let
our reservations department know immediately. We will resolve and deal with
your complaint immediately. Complaints after enjoying the service will not be
accepted.
The categories of our hotels indicated within our circuits are
categorized and defined by the local authorities of the country, according to
the institutions' own criteria and which could not correspond to European
standards or categories.
INDEPENDENT HIRING
Any contract or arrangement that clients/passengers initiate
independently are at their sole responsibility and expense. PERU ULTIMATE EXPEDITION will not assume any
responsibility or reimbursement regarding these contracts.
RATES
Our rates have been established according to current economic
conditions, these may be modified due to the increase in the price of local air
transportation and the currency exchange rate.
REGISTRATIONS
The simple fact of registering to participate in any trip under these
general conditions implies that nothing should be understood or imagined as
included if it is not described in the programs.
SPECIAL NEEDS
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION undertakes to make every effort within its power to fulfill any special
requirements (special diets, people with special needs, etc.) and inform the
suppliers of your request at the time of making your reservation. It is
important that you communicate these special requirements to us in detail and
as far in advance as possible.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the case of events beyond our control that disturb the normal
situation of the country (political and social problems, earthquakes, strikes),
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION will reserve the right to cancel and modify the content of the trip. In
case of cancellation, the part of the payment corresponding to the prepayment
of the services already reserved would be withheld.
LIMITATIONS ON
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
This site can only be used to make authentic reservations or purchases
and cannot be used for purposes other than those described here. No type of
speculative, false or fraudulent reservations will be made. You as a user assume
that you are of legal age to use the site and to accept the legal and economic
obligations that this entails. You agree that you are aware of all
responsibilities arising from the use of this Travel Agency's website, whether
caused by you or by third parties operating under your password. The
information, programming codes, products and other services published on this
web portal may contain typographical errors and inaccuracies. This travel
agency and collaborators will periodically make changes to update the
information. As a condition of your use of this site, you warrant that you will
not engage in any activity on this site that is illegal or prohibited under the
terms, conditions and requirements established above.
PENALTIES FOR EARLY
CANCELLATIONS
These are the conditions for cancellations for the tourist services we
offer
There is no penalty if cancellations are made more than 22 days prior to
the clients' arrival day.
For cancellations after this period, the following penalties apply:
• 70% will be refunded, 22 to 12 days before the clients' arrival.
• 50% will be refunded, from 11 to 9 days before the clients' arrival.
• 20% will be refunded 8 to 5 days before the clients' arrival.
• No refund will be made from 04 to 0 days before the clients' arrival.
After this term there will be no refund.
If there is any service that must be prepaid and the reservation is
canceled after it, its refund will depend on the policies of the hotel or tour
operator.
Please take note of these instructions to avoid mishaps.
PRIVACY POLICY
PERU ULTIMATE
EXPEDITION will not reveal the Personal Information of its clients to third
parties. All information received from clients will be used only to guarantee
the reservations contracted with us.
